Business buyers ordering over WhatsApp?
Do your business buyers (shops, cafés, offices) order over WhatsApp and haggle every time? With Jumla, a business buyer registers on your store, you approve them in one click, and they buy at wholesale prices from the same store, paying through Salla.
How it works
The buyer fills in “Register as a wholesale buyer”: business name, CR number, VAT number (optional), city and phone.

Features
Product minimums and case packs
A minimum quantity per product, or selling by the case, with a clear cart message such as “… is sold in multiples of 6; change the quantity to 6”. The checkout button stays off until the quantity is right.

Questions
Do retail prices change?
No. Retail prices stay as they are, and retail customers don’t get the wholesale discount.
How does a customer become a wholesale buyer?
They register with the form on your store and you approve them, or you turn on auto-approve.
How is this different from Salla’s wholesale market (سوق الجملة)?
Salla’s wholesale market is for buying stock from suppliers. Jumla is for selling wholesale from your own store.
What about VAT?
The app never adds or removes VAT, and it applies the discount to your price as it is in your store. Salla calculates VAT as usual.
What if the app stops working?
Your store, cart and checkout button keep working.
What if I uninstall?
The service stops at once and your data is deleted after 30 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the app subscriptions page in Salla. Cancelling within 7 days of install is refunded automatically under Salla’s policy.
