Terms of Use: Jumla - B2B Wholesale Pricing

Effective date: 4 November 2026

  1. Service. Fadi Abdallah Shehadeh Alfukaha provides the Jumla - B2B Wholesale Pricing app to Salla merchants. The app gives the merchant:

    • wholesale prices for buyers they approve;
    • quantity discounts;
    • minimum orders;
    • quotes.

    Installing the app means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

  2. Subscription and billing:

    • Subscriptions and billing go through Salla only, on the plan the merchant picks in the Salla App Store.
    • Prices are shown before VAT.
    • Refunds follow Salla's policy: cancelling within 7 days of install is refunded automatically.
    • A merchant can cancel at any time from the app subscriptions page in Salla.

  3. The merchant's responsibility:

    • The merchant is responsible for the prices, discounts and limits they set, and for approving or rejecting buyers.
    • The merchant is responsible for following the laws that apply to their store and customers.
    • The app never adds or removes VAT; Salla calculates it from the store's settings.

  4. Service limits:

    • We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
    • If the service is down, the store shows retail prices and checkout keeps working.
    • The merchant should check the price preview before activating any price list.

  5. Other Salla offers. Offers and coupons the merchant creates in Salla may stack with wholesale prices. The app warns about them; the decision is the merchant's.

  6. Liability:

    • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
    • Our total liability is limited to what the merchant paid for the app in the last 3 months.

  7. Suspension and removal:

    • The merchant can uninstall at any time. The service then stops, and data is deleted after 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
    • We may suspend a store that abuses the service, after notice to its Salla email.

  8. Changes. We post changes on this page and update the effective date. Using the app after a change means accepting it.

  9. Governing law: the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
