Get started:

1. Install the app from the Salla App Store and approve the permissions. The app creates a customer group called «جملة».
2. Create a price list:
   • Open the app, go to Price lists and create a list.
   • Add a rule, for example 10% off the whole store.
   • Save, then check the price preview.
3. Optional: add quantity tiers inside the rule, and order minimums under Minimums.
4. Your buyer logs in to your store, clicks «سجّل كعميل جملة» and fills in the form. The request appears under Wholesale buyers → Pending.
5. Click Approve. The buyer joins the «جملة» group and sees wholesale prices on their next visit.

Short FAQ:

• Retail prices do not change. Guests and retail customers always see their normal price.
• VAT: Salla calculates VAT as usual, on the wholesale price after the discount. The app never adds or removes it. If your store shows VAT-inclusive prices and you enter prices before VAT, the wholesale price on the product page is marked "excl. VAT", and the cart adds VAT as usual.
• If our service is down, your store shows retail prices and checkout keeps working.
• Cancelling within 7 days of install is refunded automatically under Salla's policy.
• After uninstall, your data is deleted within 30 days. The «جملة» group and the offers and coupons the app created stay in your store; you can delete them in Salla.
